It is really tough to pull off a story with so many supernatural characters but Kim Harrison does it. At times I felt that the book was a bit wordy but I still loved it. I especially like the complicated interaction between Rachel and Trent. Real life is never cut and dry so why should my books? I can't wait to read the next book!
