An excellent venture into basic level thai cooking. If Thai food or cooking intimidates you, this is an easy to use and create Thai cookbook. If you are looking for the complicated Thai dishes, this is not the book for you.
I enjoyed the book, but after spending time in a local Thai restuarant kitchen, I no longer need this book to cook Thai and would love for someone else to benefit from the palate pleasing experience which is Thai food.
