This is Manga-ka Tateno's 1st yaoi manga so, those who liked "Yellow" might want to take a look. *Note* Translation is different in the name of Yuma Kazuki.*Note*

This is a Romeo & Juliet story with the yaoi twist. (Romeo & Romeo) The tale takes the modern turn of having the 2 battling families be real estate business rivals. Otherwise, it's typical school boys love story.

There is a bonus fable called "You can't call it love". It deals with the darker elements of obsession & rape.
