I picked this cd up at the library as some light humor along with some other weight loss books. It was surprisingly good - not as much cosmo magazine tripe, but went off on a huge portion of the book about evils of chemicals and vegan food to regulate metabolism and digestion. Contains graphic descriptions of meat-slaughtering plants, artificial sweeteners, dangers in the food supply of meat/dairy/fish/eggs, poor labeling of produce dangers/importance of private groups designated organic by independent organizations, corruptions in the food pyramid/agribusiness/regulatory bodies. This is not Phil McGraw's emotional eating! This book is saying, if you switch off chemicals and crap in the food supply, and increase fruit/veggies/legumes/nuts/water/etc that you will drop the excess weight and feel better.
