In order to stay alive, Sara Beaudry had to find Mackenzie Hawk. Her brother's former partner was the only person that could help her..except he didn;t want to be found. He was through being a goverment agent. But he could't resist Sara when she showed up at his mountain cabin, asking for protection. Memories came back-what it was to love and be loved and most of all to live. And also of Sara-shook him to his vert core --always had, always will.
