A handsome book with carefully selected photos. The emphasis is on small homemade gifts. In the introduction Ms. Choate writes, "I believe people still know the difference between homemade and store-bought." She has published many cookbooks.
On the last page there is a conversion chart of imperial US, and metric measures.
Flour tortillas to cakes are covered. BEWARE of the Limoncello; it calls for 8 cups of vodka.
