Wow, another great one from Jenna Jones. Such a shame there seem to only be 4 published works from her not counting a few short stories!
Anyway, due to a misunderstanding between Senerity and the Marquis Chilton, their engagement was called off. Now a year later, Chilton comes across an overturned carriage surrounded by dead bodies and what appear to be highwaymen. After dispatching them, he encounters the only survivor, none other than the woman whom he had been unfairly accusing of being a prostitute, his former fiancee. They get caught in the storm that is currently raging, get tangled in the carriage, and once they get out, have to race to escape the highwaymen who are chasing them. They get lost, and are forced to put up in what seems to be an abandoned mill.
There is a lot of great humor in this book, it made me laugh a lot, and the tension between the characters was great! I really loved this book and will definitely be reading it again and again in the future.
