This was a good story that reminded me a lot of the movie Fallen with Denzel Washington. There was definitely enough difference to make it original though. The story was fast paced from beginning to end. It covered 3 timelines and did it well without any confusion. Great characters kept me rooting for them and an eerie setting kept me reading. The ending tied up nicely with enough room for a possible second Hollow Ones book. If so, I would certainly read it.
