I was totally immersed in this book. From the beginning to the end it held me in its embrace. I loved everything about it... the characters, the world building, the politics, the magic. I was swept into this world and did not want to leave.
Note: It does end somewhat abruptly and yet still satisfyingly. You'll be wanting book 2 and, as of yet, it is not out there.
