This reminds me of a Tales from the Crypt comic, but instead of the Cryptkeeper introducing stories, it has the Joker. Each of these stories featured one of Batman's villains. It made them the centerpiece of the story instead of Batman. I thought the one featuring Killer Croc was done very well. I actually kind of enjoyed it and wouldn't mind reading more
