When Catherine Harris' mother married Luke Van Buren's father, Cat was ecstatic that she would be gaining a big brother. It took a long time, but Luke finally accepted her. Now all grown up, Cat's feelings have changed. She is in love with Luke, but he still treats her like his kid sister, not seeing the woman she has become. Cat hopes to change that by asking Luke to help her find a husband. Luke promised his father that he would always protect Cat, but his feelings for her are anything but brotherly. Now that Cat has moved into Luke's apartment, he's finding it hard to keep his hands and his feelings to himself.

This was a cute story. This plot may have been used many times before, but these characters made it work. I liked both Cat and Luke, but my favorite character was Luke's best friend, Nick. After Cat confided her feelings to Nick, he does everything he can to help her including making Luke very jealous. I wish Cherry Adair had written a book for him. My rating: 4 Stars.
