This book is best read when following "Mr. and Mrs. Fitzwilliam Darcy", also by Sharon Lathan. It's a story for those Jane Austen aficionados that can't get enough of Mr. Darcy and Elizabeth Bennet, and just want to see their love story go on and on and on. My only hang-up about the story was that I was getting sick of their love and how affectionate they were to one another. I understand affection but this was enough to give me a finger-in-mouth gag reflex. My review is sugar-coating this story, but everyone is entitled to their own opinion. Thus, my reason for sharing on PaperbackSwap. The story was colorful, dragged at times, and the climax comes a little too late for my taste. Two and a half stars because 2 stars was stating that I didn't like the book, when in fact I liked portions of the book.
