Here is one of only 10,000 copies of the first "ORANGE BOWL COOKBOOK" published in 1982 by the Orange bowl Committee. It measures 11" X 9 1/4". It contains recipes and dishes for all occasions from coaches and players who had participated in Orange Bowl games over the years, from the wives of Orange Bowl members and former Orange Bowl queens, as well as the wives of coaches such as Beverly Schnellenberger (Howard Schnellenberger, Head Coach, University of Miami. The book reflects the area as well as the season, the festival, and the regional tastes of some of their contributors.
