Surprisingly entertaining, "easy listening." The author did a great job of making some of Einstein's complex ideas accessible to the reader/listener, by using the everyday visual examples that Einstein himself used to explain his theories.

The scientific breakthroughs were set against a clear and detailed look at Einstein's personal life. I would think that if he were being brought up today (at least in the USA), he would be diagnosed with some form of learning disability or mental illness, perhaps Asberger's Syndrome. Based on what I read in this book, he was somewhat more than eccentric. While many people admired him, liked him, and cared about him, I have a feeling he was not able to give and receive love. There is a deep sadness behind all of his brilliant accomplishments.
