This is the second in the series of crime solvers Lou Boldt, the retired-cop-turned-Mister-Mom, and Daphne Matthews, the psychologist with a past and the scars to prove it.When a series of corpses begin to turn up missing their internal organs, Daphne begins to put two and two together ------John Glover's unique interpretation of each character gives a riveting, frantic read to the story. He manages to keep you wound up with anticipation. I would get this book solely on the reader's ability to keep the tension level at such a high peak. This is a book a couple levels above your everyday, garden variety serial killers and psychos. This book can be a little graphic in its descriptions of the operations, a little more than CSI on ?TV.Pearson is too good a writer not to listen to this book.
