There's lots of action and characters that a reader can like and identify with over the course of the book. I enjoyed this page-turner a great deal. Lara and Houston are interesting people who have suffered before meeting each other.
The reason for the 4.5 score? I thought some of the comments were corny or I rolled my eyes about some of the things some characters had to say. I really thought the play on the last name (Legend) was particularly corny. Otherwise, this book kept me reading.
