Bella Jordan is an FBI agent that is sent to investigate a series of murders in Texas. Since she is familiar with the area, she is given the lead agent position for the case. One of the suspects is someone she knew years ago and she doesn't know who to trust.

I thought this was a good mystery. An old treasure legend features prominently in the story and that made for an interesting story.
