This is a very cute, very detailed science book for children. It was not what I was looking for - as I wanted a cute story to read to my granddaughter - not a book that goes into details on how babies are made. I found this book for 4 to 8 year olds. It is more of a sex education book on how babies are made. The pictures are adorable, the month by month play on how the baby is developing is interesting but the detail on how mommy got pregnant was certainly not necessary for this age group. It is however well done, just not the cute little story book the name implies. It is indeed a science - health education book.
