This book was written by 3 people in 3 different traditions. Because of this they contradict themselves often. They do not cover anything in depth enough to be helpful. It is confusing to me, a practitioner of many years and I can't even imagine how confusing it would be to somebody just starting out. Not a whole lot of usable information. You would be better getting a Scott Cunningham book or two.
