This lovely book does not suit me as I am a strictly working cook, but it will make someone very happy. It is like a Valentine with beautiful pictures and what look like photos of authentic menus served on important occasions. It's a winner, but I must clear some tomes from my bookshelves in order to accommodate books from cartons packed at the beginning of house remodeling -- 5 years worth. I hope that whoever adopts this book will love it.
