Jeffrey Archer is quite a good storyteller and "Not a Penny More, Not a Penny Less" is a good story. Archer tends to be overly generous with the little details, but the tale of a stock pump and dump scheme where the average Joes on the receiving end of the scam pursue retrieving their lost funds will hold your interest.
