Although this book had some good ideas, this is more geared towards elementary teachers than for the middle school level that I teach in. I found a lot of the things to be inappropriate for implementation into a middle school concept. The book needs to say perfect for teachers grades K-5. I think even sixth graders would scoff at some of the suggestions because they seem so juvenile. If you are an elementary school teacher I'm sure that you will find many good ideas in this book, however, middle school teachers, let this one pass.
