Growing up with a mother who was a fitness instructor and becoming one myself I love to eat healthy and exercise. After having kids though, that went out the window for several years. I got fed up with the family's (and my) poor eating habits. I had gained a lot of weight (mostly in the stomach region) and felt like I became lazy. I bought this book and figured I'd give it a try. This diet is TRULY amazing! It's actually not a diet at all and I never got hungry! I learned how eat properly and better than I ever knew how as a fitness instructor. The family can eat the same foods with you too! REAL food!

I lost my first 10 lbs in the first 2 weeks! It came right off my midsection just like the book said it would! You CAN achieve your desired weight with this book as a guide. Are you ready to commit? You bet you are!
