I originally picked this book up because the cover art was beautiful and thought it would be fun to read historical romances set Ireland and Wales.

There are two novellas in this book. The first, Lost and Found by Ginny Aiken, was the one that I liked the best. The heroine, Rhiannon, was the daughter of a weathy mine owner. She was in love with the foreman of the mine, Trefor, but terrified to let herself love him because she didn't think she could bear the pain if she ever lost him in a mine accident. Can she put her faith in God to take care of Trefor instead of worrying all of the time?

The second story was set in Ireland. The story itself wasn't all that exciting, but it was sweet. One of the things I liked best about this story was that the author wove in many of the Irish Christmas traditions, like whitewashing the houses to symbolize the purity of the Christ child.
