This is a great little book about long range patrols in the North African desert. Sterling used jeeps and small trucks to cross the desert wastes to hit the Axis supply dumps. After victory in North Africa, he continued his missions in Italy. Be aware that this is a reprint of "Who Dares, Wins" from 1956 and "The Phantom Major" from 1966.
