I had heard of this book and had friends say they had read the book and liked it. My interest was really peaked once I started seeing the previews of the new Peter Jackson movie that comes out this month. I started reading the book on a Wednesday and finished it on a Friday - that's how "in" the book I got. You truly feel like you are a part of the book and going through all the emotions the family is going through. I am not going to say that this is a GREAT book, but definetly a GOOD book...and a must read. It makes you think! I am anxiously awaiting the movie so that I can compare and get a chance to see what Suzie's heaven looks like on the big screen.
