Written in 1997, it's somewhat dated. For example, the chapter on bargains lists their addresses only. This book was written pre-internet craze because in the chapter on the internet it lists fees as "around $7 to $15 for two to five hours of cumulative service." I found Diane to contradict her words often. To save money, she states that you should buy vitamins A, C, E capsules, pin prick it, empty the contents, and put that on your face instead of buying a lot of cremes and potions. But later, in the chapter entitled supplements, she says taking supplements internally is the way to go! I got some suggestions and tips but nothing Earth-shattering.
