Even though the First Lady is protected by undercover intelligence officers, the strange customs that prevail in the Bahamas trap Eleanor in the complicated, subversive schemes fabricated by wartime profiteers. As Eleanor begins to investiage the situation, her visit makes her privy to plots that could turn the Bahamas--as well as all of Latin American--into a Nazi base.
