Average looking female agent is asked to work undercover on an assignment with the agent she's wanted for the last two years. They have to pretend to be in a relationship. The storyline was ok. I didn't feel the author built the relationship enough. This story has one of my pet peeves - the inconsistent heroine. The heroine was smart and confident in some scenes, and in others she was weak, indecisive, far too emotional and childish. She gets jealous at him for doing his job the way he's been trained to do. For someone who supposedly had basic training to be an agent, and had grown up with a father who had been a respected spy/head of an espionage agency, she sure didn't act as smart as she could have. She said/did several things that even I wouldn't do, and my only training comes from watching spies on television and films.

I loved the cover of the book and the description in the back cover, but the story doesn't deliver on the title.

A previous reviewer mentioned there was bondage sex. I don't think I would call it that. The so-called "bondage" sex is very tame. It's not s/m or bondage at all. It's more like wannabe bondage with cute pink handcuffs, but there's nothing wrong with that.
