This is an excellent book; I don't know what I'd have done without it the past year, when I suddenly found myself trustee of a deceased relative's estate. The book discusses "myths" about trusts, tells how trusts work, and detail the duties of a trustee. If you are a trustee, or if someone asks you to be a trustee, this book will be invaluable.
(Please note....my copy is nice and clean, but does have underlinings and notes in the margins. It served me well!)
