This is the 2nd Sandra Lee cookbook in my collection. The recipes call for convenience foods which you doctor up to create meals without too much fuss. I use the recipes as a guide and perhaps use some convenience foods but more fresh ingredients. Every recipe has a beautiful photo of the dish.
