While ever anticipating her big break, New York actress Victoria Bowering lands a stint on the hot soap opera, Raging Passions.

The thrill of actually speaking the words, "Another, sir?" would fell a lesser mortal, but Vic handles it with her usual aplomb, never dreaming that when the heartthrob star of the soap is murdered, her many talents would be called into action.

Standing accused are the victim's flaky widow, as well as Vic's almost ex-husband, who was the dead star's lawyer. Small world--she's also dating the investigating cop. The combination can't miss: megalomaniacal producer, blackmail, embezzling, illicit affairs and musical beds. And Vic is up for a cameo...as a corpse.
