Excellent book that helps deal with colic and the irregular sleep of all newborns. I purchased and read it while I was pregnant, in case our son was colicy, and I really believe one of the reasons everyone thinks my son is such an "easy" baby is because he gets enough sleep. You'll be shocked at just how much infants need. A great addition to your baby reading list!
