Interesting and informative reading about the differences in the way people process and use information; relate to others and go about the doing of their job responsibilities. This book is helpful in understanding the way people act, react and interact in many life situations and relationships, not just at work.
Excellent book that will necessitate another reading or two in order to understand and utilise all the research-based information.
