This book is a terrific starting point for anyone thinking about retirement - sooner or later.
We actually ordered this book for a friend, but my husband began reading it, then started reading it aloud to me, and together we discussed and pondered the authors' many questions, suggestions and ideas.
For example, something to consider is how you, the reader, define yourself? Is it through work? If so, then how will you define yourself after retirement?
Important issues are pinpointed - will you really be happy 'doing nuthin' for an extended period of time? What parts of your life, or dream-retirement bring you joy, challenge, fun?
This is not a warm and fuzzy book - it is easily read, but contains some tough questions that include, but go beyond, the usual money/budgeting concerns.
This book is a good tool to have when planning such a major change in life - even if that change is 20 or 30 years away!
