Set after World War II, Adam comes home to Big Sky Country Montana to find his families farm in jeopardy of foreclosing. Working diligently to repair, he finds Elizabeth Baxter. Sparks fly and love is in the air. I was in awe over this entire story. Gripping from page one, I just couldn't put it down until the very end. The characters come to life. Darrel Nelson knows how to draw in a reader. I was hooked. With this being his debut novel, I can't wait to read others by him. Full of romance that pulls at your heart strings, while something tragic brings the importance of life into perspective. I couldn't wait to read this book as I live in the town of Great Falls where some of the story is set. As Reunion is fictitious, Great Falls is not! Made the story more personal to me as I could relate to all of the Montana comments throughout the book! Loved, loved, loved it!
