This was the first Jodi Picoult book I ever read and I was absolutely enthralled start to finish!
What a wonderfully dramatic story of love and independence.
Each character gets a chance to tell part of the story from his/her point of view. If you don't mind the perspective changes from chapter to chapter it is a wonderful read start to finish! I laughed and cried and got so mad sometimes I had to put it down for a moment; this author is genius at pulling you into the characters in her stories.
