Fair book about Sherlock Holmes solving a crime. It misses some of the true spirit of Holmes by focusing rather myopically on his drug use and at the expense of his greater characteristics (nowadays we have gotten used to the attack on the hero in general, which is too bad. It also lacks the flair Doyle brought to his original characters.
