I see there is no information about the book in the automated information. Here is what is on the back:
"This one-of-a-kind book is for all noncustodial parents. It follows the stories of 20 men and women as they go through the initial seperation, first birthdays and holidays without the kids, roller-coaster emotions, reflections, regrets, letting go and getting on with their lives. In this sensitively written book, Carolyn Pogue, who speaks from personal experience, stresses that while one kind of parenting may be over forever, a parent never ceases to be a parent.
The honest and sometimes painful stories in Part-Time Parent will help you realize you are not alone, and will help you find your won answers as you define your new role as a part-time parent."
Now for my review: This book got me through an 18 month (back-and-forth every 4-6 months) custody arrangement between the US and India with my preteen who I had primary custody of for 10+ years prior. I found no need to get any other books on the subject -- and I read lots, when I am needing support. But, this book gave me all the support I needed!
