Jo Nesburr ( Norwegian pronounced with the O-slant ) lifts the bar in mystery/suspense with 'The Redbird'. A flash back to WW2 and Norwegians who fought with Germans on the eastern front against Russians. The past comes forward to the present - these survivors,traitors to their own country are being killed one by one. But who is seeking vengeance? Harry Hole becomes a target along with those close to him and others as he fights the past in the present when he gets involved in investigating neo-Nazi's and possibly someone in the Oslo Police Department. Norway's darkest hour may be still to come. Gery
