What I like about this dessert cookbook is that the author is grounded in understanding nutrient-dense ingredients, natural sugars, superfoods, and healthy fats.

Each page is packed with a wealth of information, including what makes the recipe so great; instructions; variations; how to make it vegan, keto, etc.; and storage details, among other valuable details.

On the other hand, there are no individual photos or nutritional information. However, I learned a great deal about creating nutrient-dense, healthy desserts from this book.
