I ordered this book among a few others when my younger sister starting having some trouble with body image. I wanted to find a book that would help her with self-esteem, answer any of those embarrassing questions you can't ask your parents, and have some fun along the way. The Looks Book hit the nail on the head, as did Deal With It! by the same author. There is a plethora of information in these pages- makes me wish I had it when I was my sisters age!
