Sassy, smart, snarky, tough but very much in touch with her feminine side is Charley Davidson. Charley is a character that I felt an instant bond with from the very start of this book. From the very beginning of reading First Grave on the Right I was either smiling or giggling at Charley. She definitely has a way with words to get her point across whether to another person or to herself. I loved her style and how she handled herself in all situations she landed herself into.

First Grave on the Right follows Charley Davidson as she investigates the murders of several connected victims while finding out what her role is in all things paranormal including the meaning behind her hot-in-heavy dream lover. I found real-to-life characters, some with very colorful personalities like Charley's assistant Cookie. Everyone should have a best friend like Cookie. While the pace was just right and the plot itself, very entertaining, the story just hit's the tip of the iceberg on the overall story arc in a enticing way leaving this reader ready and wanting the next book. More please!
