The Body for Life for Women was very informative, so much so that I decided to purchase the hardcopy book and DVD because there was much I felt I needed to SEE on paper, especially related to diet and supplements. The CD gave me a better understanding of how my actions (& non-actions), in my early life and later, directly impact my increasing years. I was particularly interested in this being written to target women specifically, having already been impressed by the non-gender specific Body for Life book and journal. The author could have pursued her topic farther, however, despite my high rating. I am combining my Body for Life for Women with Julia Cameron's 12 week The Artist's Way book and program. I recommend anyone really serious about life changes, to purchase and keep The Artisit's Way and combine it with programs such as weight loss and exercise. The Morning Pages of The Artist's Way have profoundly changed my life and prepared me for more success in using any self-improvement program such as Body for Life for Women.
