Josh is in a quandary. Matilda is vivacious and lovely; Mary is sweet and supportive. And they won't remain single for very long. But how is he to go about courting someone he sees in his kitchen nearly every day? And more importantly, whom does he truly love?

An accident happens and Josh decides whom he truly loves.Sadly, They go through the Great Depression together. No rain for 3 years, little or no crops and there is a mortgage payment to make every year. Josh must leave his family to work for the government far away.Then one day after Josh has given up all hope and turns to God; his family calls him, come home and it has rained for 3 days solid. Josh can be what he always wanted to be a farmer and live with his family. God blesses Josh greatly in all things! Oh, how sweet, how wonderful,God's love.
