Book 2 of The Gifted Trilogy.Isabella DeMarco is a former New Yorker who learns she has magical powers. Jean-Marc des Ombres is the only person she can trust as she claims her birthright to lead The House Of Flames in keeping her House and New Orleans safe from supernatural enemies. She must somehow protect her loved ones that she left in New York.

Enjoyable read. Waiting on Book 3!
