I wanted this for my daughter who, at 28, is not a great man-picker. When I got it, it seemed overwritten. By that I mean that the organization was garbled, although the initial idea of what to write and how to manage it seems good. Too complex, too unclear for me and, especially, for my daughter. I recycled it.
