This book is very well written and thought provoking. It is surprisingly difficult to put down. The author has written in a clear and easy to follow way with the use of telling stories of various individuals who have grown up with a narcissistic parent and the many different ways that this has manifested itself in the adult life of those individuals. As a therapist I have found it helpful in better understanding where many of my clients are coming from. As an individual always in pursuit of personal growth, I have found it very enlightening.
