This book provides easy-to-follow instructions with many illustrations. There are sections for learning to draw with various materials, i.e. pencil, chalk, and charcoal drawing.
I found the book easy to follow for a beginner. There are demonstrations for learning to draw: Still Lifes, Landscapes, Water and Portraits.
I would recommend this book for beginners, as well as more established artists.
