A "thriller" full of action

Premise - a wealthy man invites his three grown sons to visit at the same time. They find the mansion, once filled with art work empty and the father missing. There's a video tape which gives them the information that the father has hidden his tomb with all his artwork - they are to search for it.

Sort of Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World meets Indiana Jones as the brothers determine the tomb is in Honduras then compete to find it.

The three brothers are very different and each goes about getting to their legacy differently.

There are many twists and turns, some very predictable, some not so predictable.

The writing is spotty - better at some times than at others. The descriptions are great - rain forest, old lost cities...

I can't really recommend it - too much violence and a story line that is silly at best. I generally like the genre of a hidden artifact with people searching the globe for it, but this didn't satisfy.
